I was very surprised a few weeks ago when I was looking online for service from Honda. Fiesta Honda had a lower rating (at that time) than the others that caused me to almost overlook them. However, their verbal quote was $100 less than the others, and when I actually got the work done, programming two fobs and getting one blade cut, it turned out to be $200 cheaper. I had zero issue. Folks were pleasant and helpful. Their service waiting area was clean, had complimentary snacks and drinks and the 2.5 hrs wait (I also had them check the battery and replace it as it was under warranty and bad) was painless. I would go back again!

I recently moved to San Antonio from a state which does not require front license plate. I took my CRV to Fiesta Honda yesterday evening for installing the front license plate bracket I had with me (It required drilling holes on front bumper). It was after 5 PM, their cutoff time for accepting new cars. Still they accepted my car, took it in, installed the front license plate bracket, fixed the license plate on it and the entire process took just 10 minutes. Both the service agent and the actual mechanic who worked on it were nice to me and Fiesta did not charge me anything for this service. Now I know where I will be taking my CRV for future services, Thanks Fiesta.
Had an unbelievable buying experience shopping for a Honda at Fiesta. Richard in sales and Tony in finance took great care of me. I would recommend Fiesta to anyone looking for the excellent warranties that only Fiesta offers.
On our way into San Antonio on a vacation our Odyssey started running ruff. I stopped by a local garage that pulled the codes and said my issue was a misfire in cylinder 2. They wanted to change plugges, coil, and do a standard tune up, but didn't have time that night. We got to our hotel and I found that Fiesta Honda was only 2 miles a way. I called and got an appointment for the morning. The next day I dropped of the van and was told it would be closer to all day. I let Chris Sanders know we where in vacation and he was so great that he got us a loaner odyssey to drive for the day so we didn't miss it on our vacation. They called while we were out and told me it was an oil pressure relay switch and would be done by the end of the day. I asked that they also change the plugged just to make sure on the misfire possibility. They didn't fine any fowled plug, and the van had been running great and we didn't miss any of our vacation. Thanks again Chris for the great customer service.
I always bring my accord here for service. A lot of nice improvements to the facility. Very nice cafe and lobby area. Sometimes wait time is a little more than an hour but the staff keeps you updated about wait times.
