When I purchased my vehicle I noticed a scratch on the front bumper, the sales manager reassured me that it would be fixed to my satisfaction. I was notified that it was ready from the body shop, I was not happy with the results and I had to leave it another day. Well that turned into another day because the person in charge of my situation became ill and she was taken to emergency care. Someone did not notify me and I had to call and inquire about my vehicle, I picked it up the following morning, again having to call and being told it had been ready early in the day, why was I not called???

Our sales representative John Medelez was great, we was patient, caring and explained everything to us. He was honest and not pushy with us, super easy to talk to. I have been coming to fiesta Honda for several years now and have never been disappointed. They get you in and out pretty quickly. They even do a quick wash of your vehicle before you leave. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable, plus their charter service is available immediately to drop you off if needed. They let you know what services are needed and what price to expect before they get started. Service reps very friendly and knowledgeable.
It was a good experience but I cannot give them five stars because they forgot to check the in-cabin air filter, so I don't know what else they overlooked.
Everyone at Honda was very helpful and easy to deal with! Oscar did a great job showing me all my options and answering any questions I had. Finance was willing to find me the best rate and make the paperwork process run smoothly! I'm extremely happy with my new Honda Accord.
