They were awesome great sales man Rodrigo goes by Rod. I went to 5 dealerships in the area and walked out because of low ball offers on my trade.. but these guys made it happen! And very kid friendly kid play area and customer snack service!!!

Ask for Patrick!I bought a used Cadillac SRX only a yr ago from a diffetent dealer and have not been happy with it so I wanted to get into something else. I took it to Fiesta Honda really nervous about ending upside down with my loan. I worked with Patrick in sales and he walked me through my options. He spent an hour with me discussing the the pros and cons of getting rid of what I had before we even looked at cars. He made it a priority that I was educated on the good and the bad of getting rid of a car within 1 year. Most people in car sales just care about closing the deal. Not only did he help me make an educated decision, he then got me top KBB trade in for my SRX and was still able to sell me a Lexus 350 at KBB trade as well. We all know this is a business and they need to make money but Patrick really did his job and worked for me, not the dealer. GREAT PLACE!

I bought a used 2014 Honda Civic from Fiesta Honda. I love the car but hated the customer service. They broke their promises and didn't bother to compensate me for wasting my time and the inconveniences. They also quoted me 15500 for the car but ended up being 24000. Definitely read everything before signing. I will never buy a car from this dealership ever again!

2013 Acura RDX - Everything about this experience was positive. Our sales rep, Ruben Chacon, was a consummate professional, with just the right combination of professionalism and humor. He listened to our needs and our budget and worked with my wife and I to get is in the right vehicle at the right price. Even got us more than we imagined for our trade. I recommend to anyone shopping for their next vehicle to at least swing by, shake Ruben's hand, and just ask a few questions.

I have been meaning to post something here about my sales rep ROSELYN she was by the best rep I've ever dealt with in San Antonio along with Tony from finance. >>>>>>(As for the service department there . The worst experience ever i purchased a preferred customer plan in order to get speedy service in my times of visiting the dealer which is what we were told the day of purchase, yeah ok! I called on Friday to ask about a nail I had in my tire and Informed the girl that's all I needed and she said, OK. So I asked I have a plan I purchased does this help me in any way I found the nail all I need is a plug. Her reply well its first come first serve ok that's fine but being that this normally takes 15min MAX would you be able to use the preferred plan I purchased to get me in faster if I get there super early I don't mind sitting there all morning to be there first one in. Her reply sir you can do that but Your purchased plan means nothing you will have to wait like everyone else! Long story short took my car to DISCOUNT TIRE when I got there the tech I spoke with told me if I was willing to wait my answer sure, I told him what was wrong and where it was he took my car back and got it fixed. It took 16 minutes. Canceling my "preferred customer plan" because apparently it's not worth the $580 I spend on it!!!!!!
