I went into fiesta Honda not knowing if I would be able to get a new car. Matthew Delgado helped me and assured me there would be no problem getting one. All my cars I've had in the past have been Honda's. He helped me through the process and was courteous, nice and willing to help in any way. I ended up getting approved that day and a good interest rate, a payment i was comfortable with and I drove off that day. I'd recommend him and that dealership to anyone looking to buy a car in the future

First of all, I had to make an emergency purchase because my vehicle died on me and it was going to cost $10k to repair and the car wasn't worth the investment. Secondly, I was in San Antonio attending a funeral but I live in DFW so it was already a little emotional and towing it home wasn't an option. You can imagine the mental space I was in, it wasn't good! However, in the midst of it all, the Lord blessed me with the better experience I have ever had with a car dealership!!! Fiesta Honda's team was unbelievable!!Start by asking for the salesperson named ROSELYN! She is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. I'm not saying this because I'm a female and she is a female. I saw her interacting with males too and they seemed to also easily connect with her. She doesn't play games, which is what I appreciated and I know you will too!Tell her you want to work with the Manager named Andre Lay. He is also a 'no haggle' person which is exactly what every car dealership manager should be like. He is going to be honest and tell you like it is, which shouldn't be a shock to you if you have done your homework. He will do his best to get you going about your way ASAP with your new vehicle. I think we all know it still takes time to get everything done when you are purchasing a vehicle BUT while you wait there are refreshments, WiFi, TV, etc. You are going to love your experience at Fiesta Honda! Fiesta Honda ROCKS!!!

I had an awesome experience at fiesta Honda! My sales representative Matthew Delgado ensured all my needs were met! He had the upmost hospitality and worked very diligently to ensure I was getting what I wanted. I got an awesome deal on my Honda Accord and would reccomend anyone car shopping to stop by and see him! Thank you so much for getting me into a brand new reliable car that I can afford.

I recently made a purchase on a vehicle at a different Dealership only to find out not even a week later had I made a mistake on my purchase. Luckily! The kind people at Fiesta Honda wanted to work with me and help get me into a vehicle that best fit my lifestyle. Roselyn Montes was my salesperson and wow did she blow me away! She took the time to hear me out and help me decide on a vehicle that realistically worked best for me. I told her my situation and she did not waste time trying to push me into a vehicle that wouldn't work for me. She listened to me and had an immediate solution for me. She took me directly to the vehicles that were best suitable for me and it was smooth sailing from there. I was out of my wrong buy and into my new proper buy within 3 hours! The team at Fiesta Honda has your best interest in mind. I've spent wasted weeks at other dealerships. Fiesta Honda should have been my first choice and no time or money would have been wasted. My experience with Greg in the service department was excellent! They got me in to replace the rear view mirror the very day I called. The part had to be ordered and there was a glitch in that process but I was given a loaner on the day of the repair and a small discount to compensate the inconvenience of the glitch. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I did not buy my Honda at Fiesta but I will have all my service work done there....asking for Greg.
